The Massage (2015)
As an alternative to suicide, Zhang decides to get a massage to soothe his frazzled nerves. But there is something distinctly odd about the massage parlour he enters. The expression of the Buddhist monk who greets him appears kindly and sweet, and yet the services he advertises are quite the reverse: ‘Boiling Cauldron & Disembowelment Relief Massage; Cuffing, Beating, Organ-ripping, Face Scraping Relief Massage; Freudian Nightmare Relief Massage’… What is this place? And what on earth is he getting himself into?
